My husband rides the VTX 1300 (carbs)... I ride a C50 (FI). We have ridden over 11,000 mi together now and I have never seen a single incident where my bike started or operated any different becasue of the FI. I wouldnt let that influence me either way. How it fits your body is MUCH more important....
