Hopefully you replaced the clutch springs while at the job. Stock springs on MOST Japanese bikes are made from music wire and sack out fairly early in their life.

There are better springs from Barnett Engineering, KG Clutch Factory, and EBC brakes that are made of stouter stuff. Most use silicon steel as a material and they DON'T sack out even after a long while.

Just a thought.

Ray Nielsen, in Minneapolis and riding to breakfast tomorrow!
