Separate problem but my batt was running low for a while I found out because it would not start......... but prior to it not starting the horn did not work for about 2 weeks and the bike started up just fine every time, however when it died and I charged my battery and made sure it held, the horn worked again, either because I "jiggled" something around or the relay or switch (I need to check my diagram) needs exactly the right amount of juice, many times at work that is the problem the component fails to work due to being 1VDC off, hope this helps.
