Does anybody know if a "flasher" and a load regulator are the same thing? Previous owner of the bike bought all new turn signals and stated that all it needed now was a "flasher". My local bike shop said it sounded like I needed a load regulator. Any help would be certainly appreciated. Thank you. Oh yeah, the bike is a 1985 Suzuki SP 250.
