Trigger, im not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but actually a couple of my friends have used round disposable bbq grates, they sell them in singles or by the 5 pack at our local dollar general store. Just a suggestion, im not sure how large you need them but one of these covered most of the grills that they have used them on....
