I used memory foam from a matress. It is 100 times better than stock, and you could use a memory foam pillow and it would not cost much at all. Remove the staples on back of seat with needle nose plyers, cut out a pattern, and cut strips thru the part to cut out and dig it out with you fingers, cut the foam twice as fat, because you will crush it down when you put cover back on.
