It wouldn't be so bad except sometimes the backfire was pretty loud and even scared me. After doing the spacer removal and the mixture adjusting it really improved the backfire down to only once in a while instead of every deceleration. I'm going to try the mod recommended by Honda tech next to see if I can completely eliminate it. BTW not only did it improve the backfire problem but also improved the performance and idle.
