I have V&H pipes not the Mortons but in my humble opinion anytime you change to different pipes I would reccomend new gaskets. They around $6-$7 bucks each. Once you pull off your stock pipes you'll have to carefully dig under the black exaust residue to find the original ones in the cyclinder head and pull them out with needle nose plyers. After you install the new gaskets have your brother hold the pipe in place and then you tighten the two bolts (don't overtighten them or bend the bracket). After your first ride and the pipes have heated and expanded then recheck the bolts. Good Luck!
