Whatever you do make sure the rubber seal comes off with the old oil filter. I changed mine at night with a flashlight and accidentally didn't remove it. Put the new one on and filled her up. Idled it a while with no drips next morning i revved it to merge onto the freeway and down i went 2 qts fresh synthetic oil on the rear tire.
