I have a C90Se with OEM engine bars. They slope in from top to bottom. Bought Kuryakyn Offset Duallys (similar to Annie's longhorns) and after installation they could not be set to sit level because of the sloping bars. See the first photo attached.

I then ordered the Peg adapter for them which allows you to adjust the angle at which they sit. See Product Page

This allows the peg to be adjusted to sit level (second photo shows one side up, one down). The last pic is of the peg adapter showing where there is an adjustment via hex screw for the angle.
