I wear T-Pro pants, shirt, and back protector under my jeans and sweatshirt, as well as full face helmet and gloves. The T-Pro stuff isn't much in the way of abrasion protection, but better than nothing. I spend most of my ride on the freeway, though I also tend to gear up when riding to safeway for booze or whatnot.
