The floorboards allow for pretty much any size person. The seat on the bike isn't set for leaning back, more for sitting up straight or leaning a little forward - so I don't think at 5'7 you'd have any problem.
My wife is 5'4 and with the low seat height, she can sit comfortably in the saddle. Our Shadow 1100 before this was too tall for her to do the same.
