Alot of guys do buy the M50 as a first bike then later they decide there ready for a larger displacement engine. Some move up to a Honda VTX1800 or even a Harley V-Rod. Also this site has the most M50 owners that you'll find anywhere so your going to get a disproportionate amount of them for sale then in your local community. All I can say is that I'm very happy with mine and have put 8400 miles on it without one single problem of any kind. Good luck with your decision!
