Just wondering about a thing or three...

First off, is there a designated forum to post about board/forum problems?

Is there a minimum post count to be met before I am allowed to upload pix to "my album"?

I ask because currently I get this message when I click on the newly created album:
"This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view."
