What interesting discussion. What I ride is what I ride. I've ridden Yamahas since the 1960. My first was a 250cc 2 stroke that had the first auto oiler, so you didn't have to mix the oil. My current bike is the 2007 V Star 1300 Tourer. It is a fun bike. I like the quiet pipes. When you lose your ability to hear well, you smarten up and start protecting your ears. I think about the comment about how the speedo is inaccurate at higher speeds. Wow why would I want to drive at 100mph on the roads. I know speed is fun, I also fly airplanes. So ride what ever you like. Vulcans are great looking, suzuki makes a pretty good bike. Some models are better with certain brands than others. If you like Harley, then ride.
