My local club with somewhere around 250 to 300 members in the LA area is working on putting a Motorcycle Co-Op together. Many members living in apartments etc. and have no where to work on a bike, but would rather do their own maintanance and work. We have almost monthly "Garage Days" at various members homes and business' so folks can work and learn.
We are currently looking at commercial property in a centralized area of LA. Does any one have any insight or information on pulling off a project like this?
