Gasoline is not the only fuel that has skyrocketed. I burn wood for heat but I always check my nat. gas bill. April of last year the temp avg. was 2 deg warmer than April 08'. I used 1.7 therms/day at a cost of $1.89/day. April 08' I used .8 therms/day and the cost was $2.23/day. Lots of folks are gonna be hurtin' next winter if this keeps up. Thank God I don't use propane!!
