Yes, but not only the bike is important. The rider needs to be able to handle that kind of speed. A newbie may be able to twist their wrist and the bike will take them to Mach 1, but they probably won't survive the experience. At 125+ mph, traffic comes at you pretty damn fast. One second you see a speck on the horizon, and before you really take notice of it, you've already passed it. That can be damn frightening.
