Yes there is. I can't remember his name, but he does harrass the guys a lot. I'm waiting for the snow to go so that the road crews will go up further and clean the road. There has been a lot of rocks on the road bought down by the melting snow. I went up to the tunnels a few weeks ago in my truck and it was tough going if you were in a car. Lots of big rocks all over the place. Southern Cal does have some great rides. Another one is riding up to Solvang via the coast road and then coming back through Santa Ynez and into the back of Santa Barbara. Anyway happy riding everybody.
