I picked up a 'lug nut brush' at the auto parts store, an odd brush designed to clean chrome lug nuts. But becuase of its design, basically three loops of brush, it is perfect for spokes. I spray on some CASTROL SUPER CLEAN and take a minute to brush it, then rinse, and the spoked wheels look great.
