The clip I'm looking for isn't named "Thunder", or "Storm" or "Rain" or anything that has to do with the actual sound. That is why it's sooooooo frustrating. That is why I think it came from the Sound Blaster installation disc (the cover had a picture of a storm and a strike of lightning).
OK, OK, OK..............so my "OCD" is being revealed.
