I've had the classic solo with the back support for a little over a year. I just got back from a 1500 mile trip and the seat was very good. No lower back pain or rear end, just tired. Seat is nice and firm and like alot of other members have said about the stock seat, the solo does not hit the pressure point in your lower back and cause back pain or your legs to fall alseep. I'm very happy with the seat and after 1500 miles worth every penny, as far as I'm concerned.
