I put a Goodyear Triple Tread (car tire) on the rear of my '07 Stratoliner the other day.

I went with a Metzeler ME 880 on the front.

I've put about 400 miles on the combo so far, in town and on the interstate, and haven't noticed any noticeable difference in the handling or performance.

I know there are some of you who would never consider a car tire as a replacement on your bike.

For those of you who are a little more open minded, The Goodyear Assurance Triple Tread 215/60 R17 will fit a Roadliner/Stratoliner with no modifications to the bike.
