Default Road Paint Overspray HEEEEEELP!

I was giving the bike a full on inspection the other day and found what looks like road paint overspray....all over everything!

The reason i think it's roadpaint, is a couple of weeks ago we drove by some line painting trucks and it was a bit windy, they were painting the white lines and lone and behold...white specs all over everything. And just on the passing side when we went by

I got it off the tank with some elbow grease and I'm aware a clay bar will work...but about those areas like in and around the engine compartment on the "M"...these are areas where a clay bar just won't work?

She's cooked on good now, any help would be appreciated.

It's true that every time you hear a bell ring, an angel gets its wings...
But what they don't tell you is that every time you hear a mouse trap "snap", and Angel gets set on fire...
