No problem with storage for me, I have a pair of 46 liter side bags, and two 35 liter trunks on the tail rack. I stack one trunk on top of the other. I usually come home with more stuff than I leave with, so I try and have one bag empty at the start of the trip, I've also been known to UPS stuff home if the load gets too big. |
I got to thinkin' this morning about why you're taking the Strom, and then the genius of it hit me. Your other riding mates are all on Metrics, and if'n there be a problem, (Lord forbid), all of you can go to the local Yamakawahondazuki dealer together. By and large, one good tool kit will benefit all riders. Some parts may be interchangeable, etc. So on and so forth. Wouldn't be the same if you took the Road King.
