I think it is a fair price, but you will need to find a buyer that likes or wants all the mods on the bike. It would be worth that price for right buyer. I would suggest if you can not find a buyer for the total package, pull off the mods and sell them seperately. You may make out better, and I am sure you will not have much of a problem selling them.
