I go back and forth on the airbox. Wanted to live with the pipes for a while before making a final decision whether to paint it, too.
Waiting and wondering on the long-term success of the paint. The high-heat primers all recommended bare metal only, so I was worried about applying them to the sanded chrome. Good news is they should be easy to touch up. We'll see.
