So if you had the money and resources to start/open your own business what would it be and where would you locate it??

A friend of mine and I have always wanted to open something akin to a bed and breakfast but have it done to a Renaissance theme.
The whole place would look like a castle of medieval times, the food would be of that time period or as close to it as we could get. Of course we'd have all the moder amenities for toiletries but everything would have that Knights of the Round table feel to it.

We also wanted to have a lot of land to where we could host competitions such as long bow shoots and of the like. I don't think we'd do the whole jousting thing but who knows.. we might or at least perform it for them.

All the workers would be dressed in the attire of the culture of that day. I think it would really cool place to hang out.

Location would be up in the Tenn mountains or there abouts.
