To me its just like the seat belt law, I don't like it! I used to own a 77' 280Z, pretty fast car and I drove it in the mountains a lot for the twisty effect!! I soon found out that if you don't have a belt on zooming around corners at high speed you will get thrown all over the car. Wear a belt to keep your butt where it belongs, wear a helmet to keep your head where it belongs. I don't like these laws simply because it keeps too many idiots alive and cancels out population control.
