Let's see if I can help you out.
Click the "Go advanced" on the bottom of the message box.
If you go to the Additional Options you'll see the Attach Files and click the "Manage Attachments".
From there you can upload file from your computer by clicking "Browse". Be aware that there is a limited file size you can upload so you might have to edit your picture.
Click upload and that's it.
