From where I sit I would prefer to have inconsistent weather as opposed to our consistent MN cold. Forecast is teens to 30's. I can still ride but it would just be plain ole cold. I almost went out today when it stopped snowing. The sun came out and the roads were dry but I decided the few beers in my gut would not mix with cold riding.

I set up a by knot of soups that valid terrific, and can be made in big batches and frozen.
