Yeah it's called national insurance, although we do still pay a fixed prescription fee ($10), we also have to pay towards any dental care as well, I Pay £370 ($740) per month in National insurance, but this also pays towards those that can't be assed to work and live off social security. It is far from perfect, however, Anne recently had to have a full Hystorectomy and it never cost us a penny, so it's not all bad.
