This happens to me quite a bit. For some reason, it seems that people now believe if their lane is obstructed in some way, they have the right to take the oncoming lane. In the truck, I have no recoarse but to hit the brakes and horn and head for the woods. A few times I've had to pull to the left and stop in front of the obstruction/parked car to avoid a head on collision.

On the bike, it seems a lot of people don't see me or they believe I should move to the white line and give them the room they need. Luckily, I don't have anger issues like I did when I was younger. I don't even have the desire to kick their door or quarter panels anymore.

My latest pet peave are drivers merging onto the highway. You know, the ones who believe if they don't look over, it's your responsibility to slow down or move to let them merge.
