Joe, I've been to both too! Hmm...maybe for an anniversary, the Picasso might be better. What do you think?
Oh, and Steve, if it's still playing, I'd recommend "O". Vegas is the ONLY place the Cirque do Soleil can perform that because they need a special theater. Yes "O" stands for l'eau (water in french) and the performers go from dry stage to water like a pool in one smooth flow. It's so hard to describe, but it's just beautiful!!
Other acts can travel to other locations but not "O". So see it while you're in Vegas!!!
