I'll ride down into the hig 30's, but no further. Mid 30's, and you're asking for some hidden frost/icey stuff on the road that you might not see.
Once there's salt out, I'm done. Too much of a hassle to ride in it, and I don't like the idea of rust.
For the record, I run a set of firstgear winter gloves, my joe rocket/boulevard leather with the liner in, and a set of tourmaster textile pants. (over my regular pants, they cut the wind nice)
