During my tenure in the military, I was fortunate enough to NOT have to go to war. I have never taken the sacrifices made by so many for granted as I know many veterans who have put their lives on the line for my(our) freedom.
Our country is far from perfect ( corrupt government but that's another story ) but the people we have here make it worth living in.
