Maybe honking should be taught in Adult Driver's Ed. Adult Driver's Ed (ADE) is my idea for granny's/grandpa's and the like. It will ceritify you to drive a mama-bus (aka "Mini-Van") before you actually become a soccer-mom. It will teach proper etiquette for those enormous 4x4's that we rednecks deal with here in the South. It may keep a few idiots off the road. Maybe I should put some serious thought into this one...
