I have one more thought. If you look closely at your pipes, where the pipes go into the muffler and come out are very close. I thought about having someone weld in a piece of pipe bypassing the muffler. But, as small as those pipes are, I'm afraid it might sound like a baby fart in the bathtub! Just a thought.[/quote]

Your better off just buying new pipes. A lot of pipes out there are 1.75 O.D. and the stocks on the 90 are a little less than 1.375 O.D. You really cannot screw up anything by installing aftermarket pipes unless it needs a fuel processor which I think is a good idea to install with any new set of pipes. The pipes I bought made it really easy to clean the rear wheel. Notice how the stocks almost completely cover the rear wheel?
