Oh absolutely!!! This is my first new bike...i rode a 1990 EX500 for a season about 8 years ago....I'll get a season or two under my belt on the M (which i love and have no regrets on buying for a first bike) and potentially venture into a standard.... My father in law already told me i'll be receiving his '94 HD FXR in a year or two, so no need for 2 cruisers =]
