I don't have one but I researched on it while back. At the time Blue Ant Interphone seemed like the best unit. Unfortunately it was beyond my budget.

There is also another solution Cardo Scala Rider (team rider) which got mixed reviews, from my understanding it is more effective in slower speeds.
Chatterbox seemed pretty complicated, expensive, and heavy weight.
Motorcycle cruiser covered these systems and many other in their latest issue. It is a nice survey but they actually didn't review them.
