10K is at the very low end of the retail value for this bike, so I doubt you would find one any cheaper. I've seen '03s go for as much as $13,500, and rarely less than $10,000-10,500.
I absolutely LOVE my Electra Glide. The EG is a great bike, with plenty of room, a comfortable ride, plenty or power, and surprisingly good handling for a bike of its size. I know folks with well over 125,000 miles on that twin cam motor also, so it should last you a good long time.
