I have "caged" extensively in the northern NH area, I can't wait to get my M50 up there. Anyway, I highly recommend doing the entire Kanc (NH 112) starting (or finishing, whatever) at the west end where it intersects with NH 302 in Bath. There are some great river views on the 20+ mile ride into Lincoln, plus great mountain scenery through Kinsman Notch. Most people ride the Kanc from Lincoln to Conway, and miss the Bath to Lincoln stretch. Check out the Woodstock Station restaurant and Brewery in North Woodstock (near Lincoln). Good food and great beer. Have fun!
