actually i agree, to a point. but rememeber, if it wasn't for ducati, there would probably be no SV suzuki, VTR honda et al.

Hmm, dont think I would win with an Itailian, but hey, Im willing to try anything once, maybe twice, hell, even three times. LOL.

The Ducati did brings us things that we like to have. IMHO, the bike is talked up alot. The bike should be talked up alot because of the quality of the bike and the sound. But, like I said before, I can get something similiar and still be considered, the best, for thousands less.

I know that I basically repeated myself above, but let me ask you guys/gals a question:

Do you buy a bike because of the name, how many heads your going to turn or do you buy a bike based on reviews and safety?

Me, I bought the bike I ride based on it being a new type model, the price and the look and the way I felt on it.
