What Ext1jdh pointed out looks good..

Rechargeable
long talk time
not paying for features I won't use

Its on all the time so the only concern would be noise from wind in the mic.
Wireless would be slick if sound quality is equal to wired.

Cant decide which is better between "voice activated" and "on all the time"
