CONGRATULATIONS Jerry. It appears that more of C50 riders are getting Larger Cruiser Fever. Hope you enjoy your new aqcuisition and get lots of pleasure from riding. I too loved and always will my C50T. It was my first (real) bike and has been faultless, reliable and a joy to ride from day one, I will alway have an affection for it. Needless to say the Street Glide is really a different class of motorcycle. I particularly love the greater performance and steadier feel without really noticing the greater weight.
Also had issue with RK position when tested it, I'm sure the bars make a very noticeable improvement. Somehow the Street Glide bars felt much more natural to me.
With respect to this forum; although I had joined HD Forums.com, I still find this one to be much more fun and somewhat feels closer to home for me. I really enjoy the company of you all and find it easy to communicate.
It really doesn't matter what one rides. We can all share in good discussion as we all share the same passion. Glad to still be here!
