Nope! The idea behind this is that the body has at least 14 hours per day (5 pm to 7 am) to digest what is thrown in during the rest of the day.
The first couple of days are difficult (I drink lots of tea and water), but after about 3 - 4 days, the body adjusts and doesn't even get hungry in the evening.
