Hi, George from Chilton Wisconsin.
Problem with cooling on this bike. Temp light went on. Flushed system. No blockage. Fan works. New temp sensor in radiator. Coolant doesn't seem to be circulating through radiator. Thus sensor doesn't get hot enough to activate fan. Can open radiator cap after riding till hot. Not scalding hot, like one would expect. Suspect water pump. Thought maybe thermostat not opening, but when flushing, there was no blockage. Took off lower radiator hose, and ran engine. Water didn't shoot out. (maybe should of tried upper hose)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Bike has 43000 miles.
