That depends upon who is doing the worrying!

True that stock they (almost) all do it and that it isn't really hurting anything BUT.........
It can be fixed, maybe just with a pilot jet adjustment. Calif. models may be a little tougher.

Keep searching; the answer IS out there (but since I don't have one, I can't remember where).
