I'm a little prejudice but I think a Suzuki M50 is a great starter bike for the money, especially if you want to give that special someone a ride. I've had mine for a year and have over 15K on it. No problems and it handles great.

I love SoCal. When I was younger I used to live at Point Mugu and rode in the canyons and desert a lot. Great country for bikes.
