It's not that big of a deal. The '06 Ulysses' had some issues. I was aware of them going into it. I got a deal on the bike I couldn't refuse. Some batches of bikes had A, B, & C wrong with them. While the next batch had D, E, & F wrong with them. Funny part was each set of defects were mutually exclusive (or so it seemed). If say "E" went wrong with your bike, you should be looking at "D" and "F" because if they hadn't failed, they will, but you can be assured that "A", "B", or "C" will not be an issue on your bike. And vice versa.
I went looking for an '07. I know they've ironed all the kinks out of the '07's, and it's basically a brand new bike.
